Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Jetset & Dine website ("Site") or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By submitting a form or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Description of Services
Jetset & Dine provides the following services:
Visa requirement information and paid visa consultation services
Passport application, renewal, and passport card assistance
Custom travel planning services
Flight search through our Quick Book page
Restaurant, activity, and business recommendations ("Vetted List" and "Homebase")
Jetset & Dine is not a government agency, is not a law firm, and is not affiliated with any government's passport, visa, or immigration authority. Our passport and visa services consist of helping you prepare, review, and submit your documents. We do not guarantee that any visa, passport, or travel document application will be approved. Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.
3. Payment Terms
Consultation and service fees are processed through third-party payment processors (currently Square). All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Consultation fees cover the time and research involved in reviewing your request and are non-refundable once submitted, except where required by law. Custom travel planning and other service fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.
Fees for our services do not include government visa fees, passport fees, courier fees, or any third-party costs, which are set by others, remain the client's responsibility, and are not refundable by us.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at jetsetanddine@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it before you dispute it with your bank or card issuer.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our forms and services. You are responsible for making sure your passport, visas, and other travel documents are valid for your trip, including any passport validity, blank page, vaccination, or other entry requirements. Jetset & Dine is not responsible for delays, denials, or issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or expired information or documents.
Please do not send passport numbers, document scans, or other sensitive identity documents through our website forms or by regular email unless we have asked you to and given you instructions on how to do so.
5. No Guarantee of Approval, Timing, or Outcomes
Visa, passport, and entry decisions are made only by government authorities. We cannot guarantee approval, processing times, or any particular outcome. Requirements, fees, and processing times change without notice.
6. No Professional Advice and Accuracy of Information
Information provided by Jetset & Dine, including visa requirement information, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, immigration, or professional advice. We make reasonable efforts to keep our information current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date. You should independently verify all visa, passport, and entry requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority before traveling.
7. Third-Party Recommendations and Services
Restaurants, businesses, hotels, and other recommendations listed on our Vetted List and Homebase pages are provided based on personal experience or independent research, for information only. Prices, hours, availability, and quality can change. Jetset & Dine does not own or control these businesses and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of any third-party business we recommend.
Flight searches and bookings made through our Quick Book page are powered by Expedia and are subject to Expedia's terms. Expedia is responsible for changes, cancellations, and refunds on those bookings.
8. Travel Risks
Travel involves risk, including changes in safety conditions, health requirements, weather, and cancellations. You are responsible for checking government travel advisories and entry requirements and for deciding whether travel insurance is right for you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetset & Dine LLC, its owner, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of travel, financial loss, denied entry, denied visa or passport applications, missed flights, or any other damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, our website, or any recommendations, information, or advice provided by us. Our services and Site are provided "as is" and "as available." Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jetset & Dine LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photos, videos, logos, and recommendations, belongs to Jetset & Dine LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Accessibility
Jetset & Dine is committed to making our Site usable for everyone, including people with disabilities, and we are working toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. If you have trouble using any part of our Site, email us at jetsetanddine@gmail.com and we will respond within 5 business days. We are also happy to help you complete a visa, passport, or travel request by email or phone instead.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in effect.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
